主旨：增益每位北美洲、亞洲、歐洲、非洲、中南美洲、大洋洲，6大洲際華裔／非華裔大學生、研究生、高中生、國中生、國小青少年至台灣學習華語文及台灣民俗文化活動
Purpose: Increase the Chinese Language Proficiency & Awareness of Taiwan Folk Customs for Chinese / non-Chinese college, high school, junior high school & primary school students from North/Central/South America, Asia, Europe, Africa & Oceania with Visits to Taiwan
